Casualwear Inspired by Beauty and the Beast's Belle

Today's inspired outfit is one of the sets I made for my Disney Fashion Show post that was a competition by Journeys are my Diary, but as I mentioned I'm giving each outfit it's own post.

1. White Jacket: £10 | 2. Polka-Dot Blue Sundress: £22 | 3. Blue Vintage Bandana Scarf: £9 | 4. Rose Stud Earrings: £24 | 5. Book Necklace: £16 | 6. Harlow High Heels: £28

Growing up Beauty and the Beast was my all time favourite film (just ask my mum, she got sick of me watching it so many times) and I thought I'd create a vintage inspired look for my favourite princess of them all: Belle! The one thing I do want to explain is that I'm not normally one to show off my shoulders so I put a cover-up option in the form of a white jacket - which is apparently okay to wear with halter dresses. Instead of a bow, I thought a vintage scarf (for people who can do headknots and wraps and all those fancy things) would be a nice touch and just different from the bow. I adore the rose earrings and book - which is actually Ravenclaw inspired so there you go.
